Our leadership structure includes Management, who oversee daily operations, and a Board, who provide governance, accountability, and long-term direction.

History of Leadership

Leadership at Kompiam Hospital has always been defined by partnership, perseverance, and a shared commitment to serving remote communities. From its humble beginnings as a small rural health center to its development into a district hospital, Kompiam has been guided by clinicians, administrators, community representatives, and mission partners who have invested deeply in the work.

Each generation of leaders has contributed to expanding services, improving outreach, strengthening maternal and child health, and building trust with remote villages. Their collective efforts have shaped Kompiam into a center of practical, compassionate healthcare for the district.
